Pricing and Information

Rate is $1499.00 U.S. plus $74.95 Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) Includes Housekeeping cottage, Services of Guides, including tracking and carrying out game, meat and hide processing and active baits.
(Food, licence and export permits not included in the price of the hunt - hunters are responsible for their own food, bedroll, towels, and personal hygiene products)

Cost of licence is $195.00 Canadian funds (approx. $190 U.S fund)
Cost of export permit is $35.00 Canadian funds (approx. $34 U.S funds)

Deposit of $ 500.00 per person is required at time of booking.

Balance is due in cash upon arrival at the hunt.
Cheques are also accepted 1 month prior to start date.

Release Form is required and must be signed and presented before hunting.

Reservations are guaranteed when funds are received by us.
You will be notified by mail, phone or email as you request.

Dates and Locations

To Book Your Hunt

Phone (905) 797-2560 to reserve a date. Afterwards send a certified cheque for $500.00 U.S. Funds payable to James H. Wilson and you will be booked. The balance of $999.00 plus 74.95 GST tax ($1073.95) is payable in cash in U.S. funds on the day of arrival. Cheques will also be accepted 1 month prior to start date. No refunds will be made within 2 months of the hunt unless a replacement is fund.

Personal Requirements

A soft rifle or bow case is required. Bring your own treestand and safety harness. Also recommended are light and heavy clothing, water proof boots, gloves and raingear. All ATV's must be plated and insured to be ridden in the bush in Canada, also the rider must wear a helmet.
Orange vests and orange hat required.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not required to hunt with bearbusters.ca but it is a good idea. Any medical emergency could run into the thousands of dollars and the small price of insurance more than justifies the expense. Travel insurance can be purchased from your local travel agent.

No refunds for any unused portion of your hunt.

Very Important

You must produce an old hunting license from any state before you can obtain on Ontario bear hunting licence. Guns must be registered at the border and a fee of $50 dollars Canadian applies. Do not attempt to bring any guns across the border without checking with customs. To save time at customs, at the time of booking your hunt, ask and we can send you a registration form or you may download a registration form here.

No handguns are allowed in Canada.
